My Hayes brakes are making an annoying "sqeaking" sound in the rear wheel whenever the bike is moving at slow speeds (trail speeds)or when I spin the wheel in either direction in the workstand. Is this likely just the pad rubbing or something else (hub bearings?) Any thoughts?

I have the exact same problem with my Hayes brakes, when they feel like it they sqeak, when you hit the brake or put more pressure on the pedals it stops until it wants to start again. There is no pattern to it just every once in a while. It dosen't happen when I lean to either side either.
