first of all let me tell you I'm no brake guru. My Magura Julie 2001 brakes let me down often lately. They squeak and my rear brake sometimes seems to have some sort of temporary pressure decrease for a few seconds. When riding (please note that it may happen at the beginning of a trail, so they're definitely not overheated) I sometimes can pull the brake lever to the bar without brake performance. This stays for like 3 seconds and then the brake performance returns to normal. I made sure that there's no air in the oil. Anyone got a clue ? Hope so, I don't trust my bike ATM because of the problem mentioned above. |
