Hydraulic Deore Disc Brakes - How do you bleed them???llebocat

I need to lengthen the hose. I've bought the new shimano hose kit, but how do I put the mineral oil in and how do I bleed the system?

Can I use any mineral oil? And, where do you get mineral oil?
Best bet is Shimano mineral oil...AndyH

...your local bike shop should be able to get it for you.

For bleeding info, check out this link (it talks about bleeding the XT disc brakes, but your Deore's should follow a similar procedure):
