OK 1st ill give you the set up and then the prob;em,
Rocket frame(with built on brake booster)
Magura HS33 Quick sliver-with CNC booster
Brand new hoses and bleed
Brand new phatso with new grind
New Magura Kool stops
No qr on Magura, bolted both sides
And use of tar.

Now my only problem is with all this for a back brake, it still has no power!! it slips all the time and it feels as if there is nothing there.
the grind was done by a good grinder, with a new disk.
can any body please help me out?? I have a MBUK photo shoot coming up and I will suck ass with no back brake!

Well maybe two....

First turn your TPA's all the way out, if they move the pads quite a bit then you need to reset you slaves. But I'd be willing to bet there is still air in the lines, especially since you just put new lines on. Run a whole bottle through them, trust me, but keep the oil of course.
