|   Magura Royal Blood Questions | KV
Jul 16, 2002 6:41 PM | | After reading some of the reviews, I'm thinking about changing the fluid in my Marta's to the new "Royal Blood". I put the Marta's on back in May, but had to bleed the rear (I used the standard "Magura Blood"). I'm heading up to Colorado in August for some racing and, as a newbie to discs, was concerned about the brakes fading on the long descents.
Questions:
1. Does Quality carry it or do I have to go through Magura?
2. Do you have to completly drain the system to remove the old fluid? (the concern being the possible mixing of the fluids)
Any help/advice would be appreciated. |

the levers move easier and snap back quicker and no pump up
I got some Magura Blood from QBP recently and it was the new stuff
Blue in color
of course Magura sells it direct as well to dealers
I would definitely replace all the fluid
I sincerely would recommend any one that has the older fluid replace it with the new stuff ASAP
