I re-align my avids kinda often, whenever I change anything with the brakes I re-align my calipers just for the heck of it. Might be worth a try.
I also noticed the vers. 1 avids sqeak more than the newer ones, or atleast mine do.
I have one of each and on the older version I have the new style avid pads and a clip installed, if I were to hear a squeal and I do occaisionally, it would be from this caliper in the last moments before I come to a stop. |
