Magura HS-22/33: post tips/pics of your setupretrorider

I've just been offered a NOS set of Magura HS-22 for $50 by the LBS cleaning out their old inventory.

Please offer any install tips or post pics of your setup.

I heard that the booster can cause tire rub and metal snipers should be used to trim one side to prevent this.

I am currently running Panaracer 2.1 tires, but want to switch over the some Maxxis 2.35 this summer. Will the HS brake booster accomodate for such a big tire?

Also, do these brakes have the potential to damage an aluminum 4 bar linkage frame, like a Stumpie FSR?

....my Magura Cult pages for much of your info.

The inner booster hole can contact wide tires and may be sawn off and filed away.

Pat T. posted about wide tires and HS brakes around here a few days ago. Do a search.
