HELP..darned Hayes reach adjust screw!!!!!RED5

I cannot for the life of me get my Hayes lever reach adjust screw to stay put!! I have a new set of HFX Mag HD brakes and every ride the screw works it's way out. I've tried everything from Loctite Blue (does this stuff go bad) to model paint to nail polish...nothing seems to hold. Any ideas guys? I've sent an email to Hayes, about 2 days ago, but haven't received a response yet. Thanks.
