Can i put new longer hfx-mag hoses on hfx-9 brakes, and vice-versa?
I'm my ordering book, it seem that only rear/long hfx-mag hoses are available.

You can use the HFX-Mag hoses with the HFX-9 system, but the HFX-9's have a different fitting for the lever/MC which you will need to obtain somehow. The Mag's use the older fitting style that uses the nut and compression bushing. You can use hoses specified for the
HFX-9's for the Mag's, you simply have to use the specified compression bushing and nut. The Hayes website has instructions in PDF with pictures that illustrate this in better detail at http://www.hayesdiscbrake.com.
