B4SL's giving me problems again.......10kman

Hey everyone,

Here's a brief history of these brakes so far.....

Got a new set (fr and rr), and installed. They felt mushy, I ordered up a bleed kit and went to town. Not much difference. Bled them again, no difference.

Asked Thorsten about what to do, he said to send them to him for him to look over.

He sent them back, they felt a bit better. I mounted them, waited a couple days until I had a chance to mess with them again, pressure was lost in the system. I could pull the lever to the bar and the pads would barely move.

Thorsten said he would think about what it could be, but I'm really unhappy with not having a bike, and figured I'd post on here for some more ideas.

So, anyone, anyone???

Thanks all,

10kman

I did offer you to exchange them, right. Is it both brakes ?
I am a little discouraged, because they worked here and didnt loose any pressure on the workbench.
Something is kinda weird. I would really like to have them back and find out in the factory whats wrong with those brakes.

You didn't say anything about an exchange, but I'll email you now and talk this over. No need to clutter the board up.

See everyone, this is why Thorsten is the man to deal with..... :)
Exactly.....Thorsten rocks! (nm)SS_MB-7
