I wouldn't think that Hayes are on everyones "must buy" list, which is probably why you wanna switch them over to Avid. Makes sense huh? If you don't want them (for your OWN reasons please, you don't need me to dump on them too) what's the chance someone else wants them quick smart?
P.S. I actually do want one Hayes mech disc brake (which I already have) for my lovely girlfriends bike. She will benefit greatly from such a creature. I wont use one for myself.
Having said all that, good luck. Try where you can and be honest. Ya never know when you on-line reputation might benefit you, and best to be honest all the darn time. Especially if yer selling something. ;) |
