You could go with 222, 242, or 243...næstep

Blue 242 is the most common, but 222 is a low strength version that's sometimes better suited for tiny bolts.

This is a King hub (front), and I read in the manual with the hub they say to not use any thread locker, but I don't think they were talking about rotor installation, what do you think?
Agree with you...næstep

That's the same disclaimer King puts in their standard hub instruction sheet. I presume they're referring to axle nuts but not rotor bolts.

I would go bluepimpbot

I've never had a problem with removing rotor bolts installed with blue Loctite. I also use it elsewhere on the bike, like rear derailer pulley wheel bolts, pedal threads, and anything else that has a habbit of shaking loose on the trail or freezing together when left bolted together for long periods of time.

Point is, you only need to buy one flavor of Loctite, blue, and that stuff is not cheap. Well, I actually use red on the cranks. Mine don't stay tight otherwise.
242 & 243 are both blue; 222 is closer to bluish-purple (nm)næstep
