I have a set of Hayes Mag- plus brakes and have noticed after my last ride that the rear rotor in bent quite a bit. Is ther a "better way" for a guy to correct this problem? Any suggestions would enjoyed.

Well the easiest and most efficient is get a new rotor. But if you do not want to spend the money, and i dont blame you, just bend it back yourself. If it's a little jump, put a rag around the rotor, a light on the other side so you can easily see where the rotor jumps side to side. then just pull or push the rotor with the rag over it to straighten it out, if it's badly bent, put an adjustable wrench over the rag and use that to bend it back. good luck
