Rear Canti setup for X-check

Rear Canti setup for X-check

On my Surly Cross-Check, the rear cantilever uses a housing stop that's hung from the seat binder bolt.
Problem is, the housing stop I have is too short to make a nice gradual curve in the cable. Anyone know of a longer stop, or a different method?
