My buddy is offering me brand new disc AVID mechanicals for $120.
Both front and rear.

He needs to know quick I wana want em before he sells em more expensive to someone else?

QUick should I go for it.

This is my first time buying/using disc.

Im aggresive XC

I just bought the AVID MECH from my buddy!
Im stoked!
This will be my first time owning disc brakes.

Now all I need is some new hubs.

Just be sure to take your time getting the calipers square to the rotors. 90% of the problems people have with brakes are because of poor setup.
