	Will a Hayes 8" Rotor work on an Avid 185mm Caliper

	Avid calipers are all the same, so technically the answer is "YES". To use an Avid caliper with a 208mm/8" rotor (regardless of manufacturer) you'll need and Avid or Hayes 203mm IS adapter (Avid and Hayes adapters are interchangable with the other brand's caliper).
