Now that i am ready to upgrade I realize that there is no f$cking disc brake mount on the frame!! I cant believe, call me an idiot that what I am. Anyway with some hope, I have heard about add on mounts. Does anyone have experience with any such product? |

Jan 16, 2004 1:35 PM | | Call Trek (1-800-try-trek) or visit your LBS and they can hook you up with one. It can be used for Kleins, Treks and Fisher bikes. The cost I believe is around $30, much cheaper than Brake Therapy. There are few bike out there these days at that price range that don't have a disc option for the frame. The adapter thing with Trek is pretty lame IMO, but it works the same, just more expensive then having a frame with the tabs machined into the dropout. My Klein has one, and it works just fine.
