Just a quick note..... Marzocchi is holding Bomber Days this weekend at the Playground in Simi Valley. Saturday and Sunday starting at 10am, the trailer will be out there, plus we will have clothing for sale, 2002 forks on display, and Marzocchi techs on hand to help with any questions you may have.... Contact Thousand Oaks Cyclery at 805-241-4888.

Thanks,

Brian,

My question to Marzocchi regards a customer's 2001 z3 coil set
at 80mm. He rides pretty tough with a front disc break and
weighs in around 200lbs. After a 45 days of ownership, about
15 max. rides he already had bushing slop front2back. How would
i go about fixing this problem? Is that common? Who should
i talk to at Marzocchi? I know Keith Kemper is my inside sales
representative but this seems to be a question for the technical
support staff.

If you can answer please email me at tcm00jb@yahoo.com. That
is my personal email address.

thank you,

Michael

Question to Brian PetersonMikeD

Is there any chance that I could have my ECC replaced and my M-wrap arch replaced (it has the oxidizing defect) if I showed up? It's a long drive for me, but I'd gladly make it if I could be assured the service could be done (the ECC especially, which I imagine would be no sweat...)

Thanks!

Your best bet would be to send the fork into us... Especially with the arch.. Both of those items will be covered under warranty.
