I recently moved to Charlotte and heard there was a DH event at the Catawba Riverfront Classic. I've ridden XC out there and can't figure out where the F a DH run would be anywhere in the vicinity. I'd be willing to drive to TN or even West VA if there's anything around that would make a good weekend trip. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Unless the suggestion is to move to BC. |

Oct 5, 2001 4:15 PM | | Try snowshoe in west virginia. Its a little late now,once the leaves start to fall it gets nasty up there. It it the best place this far south that I know of. They have a bus that will pull you back to the top. Check out the website www.snowshoemtn.com for the weekend deal they have. |
