Oct 5, 2001 2:10 PM | | I ran mammoths on my trials rigs, and my HT urban rig. No problems yet...just make sure whatever rim you go for, you get it built up nice, wont do you any good to have a good rim with a crap build. But my vote is for the mammoths...good luck bro. |

Oct 5, 2001 6:25 PM | | i have 121's on my dh bike and they have lasted 3 years and they are still fine. i have mamoths on my ht. the mamoths seem to get pinch flats more but v brakes are sooo easy to set up. i highly reccomend you get ceramic mavics, they coating looks good even when they are old and stops wear of the rim. ceramic mavic of some decription gets my vote. |
