Can someone tell me how to remove those cranks!!!

They come with a tool that screws into the spindle, and then you wack it with a hammer.

Do I need to hammer hard on the "remove tool"?. on which side?
whack the removal tool. Have to do it to both sides to remove..balfadude

both crankarms from the spindle. If you have to spack it hard, you should put some anti-seize or grease on the splines before installing it. Cro-mo can rust.
