goggles work the best, other than that its about comfort and what will fit your helmet, there are a lot of options though.

I'll be honest i have some of these goggles and i love them they give great resistance to fogging and exelent ventalation. Not to mention the best optics anywhere in the world. Now the only problems are unless if you can order it with the helmet kit you gotta buy the goggles and then the helmet kit ($12 i think) wich is not that much but they already cost a lot. Another thing is i'm always worrying about them worrying about droping them or misplacing them and they make me crazy cause they cost so much. other wise they look super sharp and fit like a glove plus they are good for snowboarding as well if you got the funds i say u go for them plus now they have an endless array of nuts colors. aight nuf said.

yea yea oakley has kick ass optics and stuff but you really dont need that. i have a pair of scotts, they're pretty nice for the money ($30
). the first time i was out with them i got a rock in the face and messed up the lense on the corner, not a big deal but i was like damn i'm glad i didnt speed $100 on these.
go cheap...agreedaxel

when you are running a clear lens, which you definatly wat to do for biking, then opticsare not going to make a whole lot of differece, plus if you crash, like groundwalker said, you will be glad you have a 30$ pir of googles instead of 100. peronally, i wouldnt spend mor than 30 for googles.

Affordable, fit over glasses and replacement lenses can be had at any MX shop. I use Scott ski goggles and they take the same lenses (single or double lens).

I also picked up a killer Scott quick-release system with a hinge and Velcro that attaches to the helmet. No more fiddling with straps, no more forgetting to put them on (most of the time), no more fogging up when stopping during practice - just pull 'em off and stick 'em back on. I can't imagine why I've never seen anyone else using it. I've been told it was introduced in the MX world years ago...
I have Zeal's and like them[s]B

They fit well on my face and in my helmet. I can't understand why people like clear lenses, maybe they have never ridden in the sun, but i have a black tint and it works good. Zeal's are pretty cheap, too and made by a cool company.
