Have u lost all damping (feels harsh tops out etc)? That happened to mine it took RS 2 weeks to fix it. It happened when climb-it-control was turned up 2/3 and I landed a 2-3 foot drop. Now I set the C-it-C at 1/4-1/3 and leave it alone.

you blew out the seals on your fork. if your lockout does not lock out anymore it means that you lost oil. If the fork has the proper amount of oil in it, then the lockout works, so you probably either blew a seal or when you put your fork back together you didn't use the correct amount in the right fork leg. I am assuming you have a 2001 psylo because this was very common problem, send it back to rock shox, they will rebuild it and probably upgrade you to the 2002 bushings which are a lot longer 45mil, I think.

i think it might be the oil level, i know the seals are fine. i work in a shop as a mechanic and rock shox is being a real jackhole in the service department so i can to the next best thing. i reached them a while ago and send in my fork to have the new 45mm lower and 35 upper bushing replaced, i would but i don't want to buy a $250 tool. but i want it to work perect when i send so they don't say i voided the warrenty. i need the bushings replace and i can say the oil leak out of them cause of the extreme play in them. hehehe
peace out b
