i'm looking at purchasing the "azonic/o'neal z5" body armour or "fox roost2" type deflector. the way i see it there's not much of a difference in price (adding the price of some decent elbow pads and kidney belt to the deflector option). my question is which is better overall? in terms of protection, less restriction to movement, and user-friendliness. most importantly which offers the most spinal protection? i'm from a rugby-playing background, and a few years ago one of my team mates cracked his c7 vertebrae and has been in a wheel chair ever since.................. |
