Use this key while negotiating the maze below:
Shuttle pro= full body armor, from shoulder to shin.
Shuttle or Shuttle half as it's called I think=upper body and femur
Safety Jacket=just upper body
All three have alluminum honeycomb back protection and kidney belt

I am going to get Dainese body armor of some sort. I am thinking of getting the Shuttle. I'm afraid the shuttle pro full body suit won't fit quite right in the legs, and it will shift around, that's why I would get the shuttle. Or they make the safety jacket which I would only get if someone had trouble with the shuttle not quite fitting right on the upper leg area. I would get separate shin knee pads if I got anything but the shuttle pro. I like the Roach DH leg/knee pads, are they any good?(Or I could buy any lower leg armor froom Dainese, what do you think)
I like having the armor separate so when I hit the streets I can just wear the lower leg armor. I know I wrote a lot of crap above, but any help you can provide in my descision would be appreciated and I thank you in advance.

I prefer the separate jacket and bibs. The Shuttle is nice if you combine it with the new Freestyle knee guards, but the bibs still hold the knee pads in place the best. It is not a big deal if you wear full pants over the separate knee guards, because pants hold them in place. If you prefer to wear shorts, as I do, then the bibs are still the best. If you do buy the jacket and bibs then you will probably also want a set of knee guards only. You can use these on epic rides or dirt jumping, etc.

are you refering to. The safety jacket. Do you recommend not getting the shuttle for comfort/fit reasons in the upper leg? Ultimately, I would like the shutte and a separate knee/shin guard set. Please tell me what the fit is like in the shuttle and how it is pedaling? Thanks

I have shuttle with upper leg protection and it's incredibly comfortable shuttle's lycra doesn't have a croach pading but my dainese shorts have it, so no big deal on that..

God is a DJ.
