| re: WOW!!!(don't worry, I'm not trying to sell something) | JayZ Dec 10, 2001 12:11 PM | | That's an ill frame!! I want one!! If I wasn't a broke college kid right now, I'd have them make me one for myself. I would definitely put the Shiver SC on it. That would make that thing just plain nuts! Good luck with that- JZ |
| re: WOW!!!(don't worry, I'm not trying to sell something) | Atomic Dec 10, 2001 12:23 PM | | Thanks dude! I'll definetely put a Shiver SC, but maybe not at the same time as I buy the frame, since this fork costs about 600$USD.... Anyway thanks for the comments! Oh, you got a really nice bike too! it must be really great for DS/Jumping! See ya. |
| about the Tioga tires... | 5150 Dec 10, 2001 2:27 PM | | I don't think it's a good idea to put 2.3 tiogas in the back 2.5's in the front. Not because of the size but because they are completely different tire. I don't know if you know or not but the 2.5's are not made like the 2.3's. The caseing is much thicker and the rubber is not the same kind. I think it's better to go both 2.3's or both 2.5's. That's just my opinion. How about the Michelines or Highrollers instead?... Either way, your bike's goonna kick ass. Laters! |
| brake question | Dylan Dec 10, 2001 7:59 PM | | Hey, nice choice. cortina is a good company, i own 2 of there bikes (Europa DS and DHE-8). Did you ask them to weld brake bosses on the rear? I think they usually dont have them (mine doesnt). So you might wanna call them and make sure they weld some on for you. Heres a pic of my europa |
