They have taken over a month to ship me my order. I will not order from this company again. I think they are going out of business. They never seem to have a person answearing their phones any more.

My wife ordered something from them six weeks ago, she called after 4 weeks and was told that they were having a hard time getting ahold of her and that the mfg. kept screwing up the order. Luckily it's not a showstopper item I ordered from them but I would like to have the item eventually.

Airbomb, Price Point, JensonUSA, Chucks Bike & Ediscountbike in the last month or so. I noticed all US priorty mail is taking forever, but that's my fault for trying to save money. The Fedex and UPS is right on time.

Sun DS-1 disc wheel set? I waited for 5-weeks until they finally shipped me Rhyno Lite/XT disc wheels. They couldn't get the hubs. I got the ostensibly beefier wheels at no additional charge plus a calendar and the NSX Lights Out video thrown in to make up for the long delay. However, it did take numerous emails, phone calls, and a complaint to the Better Business Bureau for them to get their arses moving on my order.

In the end I think they're essentially good guys and they're capable of making up for their mistakes, but it really sucks trying to get them to that point. I'll probably continue shopping there but not for anything I need right away.
had a problem with them a while backKeith

took them like 4 weeks to ship a mrp to me that was pretty cheap. Supposed to take like 10 working days or something. Called them numerous times and kept on giving me different answers to why it wasn't shipped. Ended up terminating the order and buying from somewhere else.
