Luckily it's not a showstopper item I ordered from them but I would like to have the item eventually. |

Jan 9, 2002 2:42 PM | | Sun DS-1 disc wheel set? I waited for 5-weeks until they finally shipped me Rhyno Lite/XT disc wheels. They couldn't get the hubs. I got the ostensibly beefier wheels at no additional charge plus a calendar and the NSX Lights Out video thrown in to make up for the long delay. However, it did take numerous emails, phone calls, and a complaint to the Better Business Bureau for them to get their arses moving on my order.
In the end I think they're essentially good guys and they're capable of making up for their mistakes, but it really sucks trying to get them to that point. I'll probably continue shopping there but not for anything I need right away. |

Jan 9, 2002 4:00 PM | | took them like 4 weeks to ship a mrp to me that was pretty cheap. Supposed to take like 10 working days or something. Called them numerous times and kept on giving me different answers to why it wasn't shipped. Ended up terminating the order and buying from somewhere else. |
