Just built up some Mammoth's /XT disk wheels...........Are they ok for slalom/jumping or overkill/heavy ? .............Probably better than my 221/radial laced front & Richey OCR comp rear ..aye ! (Motoraptor 2.4's or Tioga 2.1 dh's) ???

mammoths are in my opinion the best all around rim.People who bitch about the weight don't need strong rims. They only weigh 700gram any way. I've had my mammoths for a full season of big drops ,plus I weigh 200,and they only have a small flat spot. My buddy runs xt hubs and has had some really hard hits,10ft to flat, with no axle or bearing problems. So I say this set up looks good and also very cheap.give em a try the rims are only 70 bucks a pair
yeah- i don't want this !!!>#2
