Who here rides Ringwood NJJames

I saw a few responses on the bottom recommending Ringwood. I was just there yesterday on Skyline and that area. Where is the best place in Ringwood to do drops and jumps? Most of the places I ride there are nice w/ lots of rocks but not that many drops on the trail ( but a bunch on the sides and in the woods). Yesterday I parked on the bottom of skyline, rode to the top parking lot and then back down. My favorite trail is the white trail (start at the top of skyline, go up the road a bit and there is a paved road on the left. Take the first trail into the woods and it opens into a large rock face) that leads to the rocky more open trails that go under 287 (if you go far enough). I once tried to do shepherds lake but I got lost and went home and have just been going to skyline ever since. So basically, if you ride in this area, where are the best, most challenging places?

take cannonball trail (red circle with yellow 'c') or indian rock trail...seek and ye shall find. you must explore and look carefully, there are plenty of hidden trails. i couldn't tell you if i could, i ride by feel, so i can't recall directions. my suggestion is to go ride with a local...
