Heres the deal- med. or large 2002 bullit. i am 6'3'' and here are my thoughts.....

-med. bullit, 165mm cranks, 70mm stem or..
-lrg. bullit, 170mm cranks, 60mm stem.

the bike will be used for stunts and drops, both would have a monster T and full leg extension isnt my thing, i will depend on the bullit's legendary pedalling ability to get me up the hill. I currently ride a 23"tt metalhead. thanks....

hte large seems better to me.. it will allow you to get further behind the bike cuz of your 60mmm stem.. while still letting you get in a somewhat pedalable pos for everything else..
.. if you truly want a drop only bike.. go for a med with 60mm stem.. to heck with riding.. just flying!
if you are already riding a 23"kornphlake

I would opt for the larger frame. I am pretty tall myself (6'2") and I can't stand to ride up or down hill for very long on a frame smaller than 21". You can mess with the crank and stem length but ultimately it comes down to how the bike will fit. If you are long legged and have a short torso like me you won't be able to find a seat post long enough to fit the med frame without blowing your knees. It's your call though, ride both if you can and decide yourself.
