i was wanting to buy a 2003 ac and put the 7in plates on it then put a daul crown fork on it. what would be a good fork with the longest travel possible. thanku

the longest trvel fork you could put on is a risse bigfoot with 12" of travel. but thats rediculous. get a 7" super T or a triple 8

Motorcycle forks will require modifications, but still, they can be made to fit.

a 7" travel fork is do-able. if you go to 8, you get a bigger chance of damaging the head tube on bigger drops. I ran a 7 inch fork on my 2001 AC1, and that was fine; but I wouldn't go any bigger.
I sell 4.5 ft Chopper forks.....They are pretty light too.....nmBeau
