Dec 11, 2003 9:23 AM | | BlackCanyon- park at top of teton pass bike 2 miles up then 7 mile dh with stunts built in if you know were to look -- ask the locals
Phillips Canyon-- parking is about 2 miles down the Wyoming side of the pass-- bike about 3 miles up then 10 miles dh
Both rides meet down at the main pass road again were you can either car pool back up to the top with a friends car you left at the bottom or leave one person with the bikes and hitch hike back up to top of pass to get your car... locals are used to skiers and bikers hitch hiking back up the pass so you can usually get a ride pretty fast. |

Dec 11, 2003 1:45 PM | | On purpose? Well, not quite sure why you'd want to do that. . .but if you must. Jackson is about 80 miles away, and there is quite a bit of other stuff not too far away in that same area (Driggs has some nice trails, but not DH that I know of).
