| Push Industries suspension tuning info | Bulldog Dec 12, 2003 4:26 AM | | Dust off your old "spare" Fox RC's! I saw Luc's article on Pinkbike the other day and decided to call them. I was VERY impressed with Darren there. Sounds like he can make a Fox RC do whatever you want it to do. ProPedal retrofits, SSV, bottom-out control, 5 choices for bottom-out bumper hardness, better seals, hi/lo rebound valving, etc. Or all of the above in my case. I'm pretty tempted to give it a try. I had him send me an email describing everything he told me because it was a lot and I knew I'd mess it up somehow.

Tony,
We offer three services for the RC. The first is the standard rebuild for $93.85 which replaces the stock seal housing with one of our Vault systems and features new oil/nitrogen/o-rings etc. The next is the upgrade which does the rebuild plus installs an entirely new piston assembly (our updated version of ProPedal) designed and valved by Push to filter out pedal induced bob and increase big hit performance. This service is $138.80. The last offering is the full treatment. For $165.75 we gut your Fox and replace the seal housing, piston assembly, and reservoir valve assembly. Of course new oil/nitro/o-rings etc. as well.
The Piston and Valve components are all precision machined out of 7075-T6 Aluminum and receive a secondary hardcoat treatment for performance and durability. Our piston and valves provide increased flow rates over stock and are shimmed per rider/bike/spring specifications here at Push. The stock rubber seals are replaced with high performance Urethane kits and the shock rebuilt with Torco Racing fluid.
I've enclosed a couple of pic's for you to check out. Let me know if you have any additional questions. Of course the up coming website will have more in depth product details.
Thanks for your interest,
Darren Murphy
