i went biking in maine yesterday. my car had trouble starting due bad spark plugs. so i towed to a garage in kittery, maine (the gulf gas station nearest to portsmouth naval yard). the stupid mf mechanic took 1.5 hour to change 4 plugs, and recharged the battery that need not to be recharged.

he charged me $125.00 for parts and labor of changing 4 spark plugs and recharging battery, and an additional $65.00 towing fee. what a ripped off.

if anyone knows this place and is a regular customer there, give the owner a big FU from one of their dissatisfied customers. i wish that gas station all the bad lucks in the world, and hope it goes bankrupt. b!tches.

We have a small trucking company out of Connecticut.Yesterday one of our trucks had a small accident in New Jersey sfter the tolls at exit 14 near Port Newark. The policeman made our driver get towed off the highway(even though he could have drove it) and we got charged $650.And that was just being towed off the highway 1 mile...trade you bills :)

Shit dude. that really sucks. Here in Amherst, MA, we have a few different tow companies. 3 of them are good and nice and help people in need, the other, Amherst Towing, has contracts with UMass and the town to tow EVERY towable car. if your car gets towed on campus, it gets towed literally a mile and a half down the road and costs $100. if you happen to spot them as they're in the process of towing your car, they charge you $75 just to drop it. dirty bastards. to piss you off even more, they have a sign in their office saying "We do NOT accept bulk or rolled coins". i don't know how these guys sleep at night
