Jan 22, 2004 6:39 PM | | Starting is the hardest part, once your on its easy. Start with your foot on a pedal slightly up/forward from the bottom. Learn to put most of your weight on the SEAT and not the pedal, then throw your other foot onto the back pedal, lead forward a tad and your off. One smooth motion. |
