this is a question for thsoe of you who frequent the weight room.

what should i do as far as weight training to improve my biking. currenly i
do the body for life program. the lower body training goes like this

quads - 4 sets of leg press 12,10,8,6 with 1 minute rest between each set.
Then a superset of 2 exercuses consisting of the original one(Leg
Press), and then the Curl
two sets of 12 reps with no rest.

2 minute rest

hamstrings - 4 sets of lounges 12,10,8,6 with 1 minute of rest between each
set
Super set - 12 reps of lounges then ham curls

2 minute rest

calfs - 4 sets of standing calf raises 12,10,8,6 with 1 minute rest
then a super set 12 reps of standing raises, then 12 sitting

then abs

this along with the upper body portion and diet has worked great for me so
far, but im wondering what kind of leg workouts i should be doing to
complement the biking. i dont know if this is ideal.
