It looks like the 24 Hours of Adrenaline-Winter Park may possibly be going elsewhere. Their website is currently down for renovations-I know there were development plans for the land where the race took place the last few years, anyone know anything about this? It would be unfortunate as that race course was fun.

Hey there,

Just wanted to send a quick reply to your question about the Winter Park 24 Hours of Adrenalin event.

We (Trilife) are still searching for venues in the area but need to find an area that will allow us to grow our event and have it continue to grow. This is always a challenge in the CO region--due mainly to the fact that there are just so many events in such a short summer time period. We're all competing for a piece of the proverbial pie and the slices seem to get thinner and thinner.

The Winter Park course is indeed a fun one and we've always enjoyed hosting and being hosted by the Winter Park community. But bottom line is we need to have a venue that will support and sustain growth for years and years--and in CO it seems pretty tough to do these days.

But do not fret! As stated, we're always looking for new places to hold our events. NEVER hesitate to let us know your thoughts about our schedule and please do forward us any great riding locations you know about.

See you on the trails!

Please, please, please keep a 24 hour event close to the Denver metro area. 24 hrs of winter park has been a real boon to the area mtb community.

The cycling culture is very strong here. Driving 6 hours to the desert for a very non-CO style course just doesn't do it for a lot of us CO folks!
