Dec 15, 2003 10:00 AM | | Waaaayyyy back in February Pat Irwin and I did a little ride through Alaska's Interior, following parts of the Yukon Quest trail. After we finished up and I got back home, I got so busy with spring and summer riding, racing, and traveling that I never got around to writing about the race. So, 9 months later (a suitable gestation period, I think) I'm finally catching up and here it is.

Both Pat and I were on stock Airborne Ti 29"ers. Mine had gears, Pat's was single. Both used 29" Snowcats, Hugi hubs, DT Spokes and nipples, Hayes hydraulic brakes, and Kenda Tires.
