Race Face crank prob....(2 posts)

Race Face crank prob....johnnyb

Hi everybody,
My left RF turbine crank is starting to click evert time I stand up on it, so I pulled it off and the inside face of the crank has what appears to be little hairline cracks on the surface. Is this the problem? Its hard to tell how deep they are other than the surface is not smooth where the cracks are appearing. Can I get a few more rides in before sending them back? I'm so happy about their lifetime warranty, plus they seemed nice and helpful on the phone. Anybody have experiences with them?

Thanks for checking this out.
