I'd like to contact the following people who posted brief "me too's"
about the problem with Simple Green and SRAM chains :

About a month ago "Gary" posted an article which lead to concerns
about using Simple Green as a cleaning fluid for SRAM chains. SRAM
advise against soaking in Simple Green (and other degreasers) on their
website.
Gary emailed me with extra detail about the nature of the fracture of
his chain. As I'm trying to investigate this problem in more depth,
I'd appreciate it if the above posters could also contact me at :
