Rear CasettesDIRT BOY

I am running a XTR rear cog 12-32-8sp IG TYPE on my real wheel now. I have another set for that have slicks for road traing and commuting. Do I have to run the same size cassette or can I run a differnt size like a SRAM 5.0 11-32 8s with out making any adjustments to the rear deraliuer. I don't want to use a XTR cassette on a cheap pair of rims for this purpose. Any help would be great!!
Thanks... I"M OUT

You should be able to use the 11-32 just fine...Metroid

without any derailleur adjustments. The 11T will be much better for the road anyway. The other option would be to get an XT 11-30 which are still available.
