I have a Real Ti bb and I want to put it in my steel frame but I have lost the directions to respace the bearings for a 68mm shell. Anyone have the directions and order of spacers or know the best way to do this? The bearings are pressed on the spindle pretty tight, how should I get them off? thanks for the help.
