| SRAM availability on new bikes | bikesforpeace Jan 3, 2004 10:35 PM | | Hi
Anyone know if the new X.0 or X.9 systems are standard equipment on any new bikes or am I going to have to build a frameset to get this sweet system?
Thanks for any info in advance. |

Your LBS should allow you to upgrade at purchase time. They should only charge you the difference between the Shimano parts and the SRAM parts. My LBS gives me a 15% discount on all other stuff purchased at the time you buy the bike as well. Pretty standard deal, from what I can tell. |
