2x9 - medium cage rear der.climbo

Is it OK to use a med cage XT der. with a 44-32 crank and an 11-32 cassette, the chainwrap is the max. the website lists as possible. Has anybody had issues with a med cage der using a set-up like this?

Also, does the new XT der. come in rapid rise?

Not a problem. Shimano's capacity figures are conservative, and the derailleur will hold tension even if you throw a few extra links at it.
