Can the right cup of Shimano bottom brackets be removed?palmix

Damaged cup, I have another with its cups in good condition and it would be great to swap it.

I've had these work loose on me on my cartridge style Shimano bottom brackets. If you can break the current one free, I don't see any reason why you can't do the switch. Definitely worth a try.
Yes... stick the cup in a vise and whack the spindle with aDeeEight
