That said, If I do not know what to expect on a ride I mount up a set of Michelin "Front S" and "XL S", 2.1 |

Sep 27, 2001 9:53 AM | | I really like the Bontrager, Jones line myself. I ride mud, sand and hardpack and they seem to handle it all. Just gotta play with the tire pressure depending on the trail conditions. They have a kevlar bead which I am really fond of, and stay on the rims pretty well. The only real weakness I've seen, is that they throw alot of mud in my direction. You can find some awesome sales this time of year (last year I paid $20 per tire at the LBS, and I've seen the full set on Supergo last month for $30). |

Can't complain about these tires, except in mud... but what doesn't suck in mud? |
