Sep 28, 2001 7:00 AM | | there is no one in the phone book under the last name peters at that address. maybe he is living with someone else at that address. i would try to contact the slc police department file a complaint and let them go over. you know that is theft. was there any contract or emails or anything else in writing stating the terms of your deal?
