I would like to order a pair, but not sure how they run. Can anyone shine some light on this subject??

In my experience, they fit slighly bigger than a Shimano-- like 1/2 to a full European size. So I wear 47 N'waves and 48 Shimanos for MTB and 46 N'Waves and 47 Shimanos for road.

Italian shoes rule!

I wear a size 45 in either a Shimano or Sidi shoe, but a size 44 in NW for a comparable fit. I guess it depends on what you're comparing them to. I also have Diadora's in a 44, and have fit into (but not bought) size 44's in both Carnac and Performance shoes.
