Hi, if my stereo says it can play CD-R's, does that mean only in the format (.cda or something) that gives the disc 70mins of playing time? Or can I put MP3's on that CD-R to get more playing time...anyone?
yeah, you only get 74 min....Tom Collins

Or, get 700mb discs which give you a whopping 80 minutes.

Unfortunately, a normal CD player, even one that reads CD-R, can't read MP3s, just .cda files. There are a lot coming out these days that do read MP3s, though, so check around. I have a discman that reads mp3s; it's a pretty cool toy - 10 hours of music on one disc.

...when I bought my Race Face Next LP cranks...one month later, they brought out ISIS...damn technology! I'll quietly type away at my 550Mhz computer with my dial up connection. Ugh
