I currently have a Tracer.. its a few years old.. thinking on replacing it,with a newer tracer, or just buying a different frame.
I'm a 200lbs usually xc, some ...whimpy free riding.. no racing..
something somewhat lite, but sturdy,... what do you guys recomend I blow my $1500 bucks, give or take maybe 200.00 on? FS please.

...200# XC, light freeriding. The frame I'v decided on is an Ellsworth
Isis SL, 1350.00 shipped from Speedgoat. Read the reviews on this frame, foots the bill to the T.

that allows you a whole lot of options, but if you've been satisfied with Turner in the past then I'd stay with them. Other options are Titus, Santa Cruz, Orange(don't know if they make a sub 30lb. bike though)to name a few. I ride the Titus Locomoto and love it. Oh and don't forget Ellsworth.

Photos in the "What Bike to Buy" section. The Intense Tracer is a great bike, but if you're looking for a quicker handling, better climbing frame you won't find a better bike than the X. Charles Coker is selling a a custom version of a Titus Racer X that's built for a 100mm fork. Looks like a sweet bike and should be in your price range!
new Ventana Pantera? or wait for a SC Blur? nmHank
